Creating a vision board is not only fun but is a powerful creative act. Throughout history, civilizations have used the process of creating objects to empower their healing, visions, prayers and medicine.

TO BEGIN:

You will also need a pair of scissors and magazines or papers.

Focus on your intentions and dreams while choosing and pasting images, words and symbols. Feel into them, feel what it would feel like in your body, mind and emotions if what you dream of was true in this very moment.

Allow the creative process to unfold. Have fun!  Choose images that obviously represent what you want, but also images that just feel right and good. It will all come together beautifully and in a way that could not have been planned out. Trust the process. There is no right or wrong way.

Your vision board may focus on one or several life issues... love, finances, health, spiritual growth, intuitive development, career, a combination of these or whatever you want!

People often create vision boards during times of transition or change to help focus and align their path and empower dreams & heart's desires. Anytime is a good time to create a vision board! But times of transition, times of feeling 'stuck', change of seasons, birthdays, full moons, new moons, and during rites of passage are particularly good times.
